Dr. Lyndsay Foster, Ph.D. is a Registered Doctoral Psychologist (#916) with over 17 years of experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy services. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of New Brunswick, where she trained in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of general mental health concerns for individuals across the lifespan. She also completed special training in treatment and research related to sexuality and sexual problems. She worked in the public sector for 13 years in outpatient mental health and was active in supervising psychology graduate students and new psychology staff.
Dr. Foster’s current practice is focused on providing psychological treatment to adults in Saskatchewan. Depending on the clinical concern, treatment approaches might include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mindfulness training, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), short-term psychodynamic therapy, Gottman method, and/or dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
